Welcome to The Syracuse Yoga Collective! We are a BIPOC, women-led organization dedicated to making yoga accessible, diverse, and affordable in Syracuse, NY. Our mission is to offer inclusive wellness experiences, recognizing the ancient practice of yoga as a powerful tool for improving physical health, supporting mental health, discovering inner peace and promoting overall personal growth.
We provide a range of yoga classes and wellness programs tailored to diverse needs, ensuring a welcoming and safe space for all.
We are committed to supporting yoga instructors of color and fostering collaboration within our community. Our work extends to yoga for schools, non-profits, and corporate wellness programs, and we aspire to establish our own yoga school by 2026.
